Delete your Deadshift account

You can delete the optional Deadshift cloud account without deleting your Google account.

From the game

1. Open Upgrades → Credit Packs & Remove Ads.
2. Sign in with the Google account used for Deadshift.
3. Under Progress Backup, choose Delete Cloud Account and confirm.

For security, a recent sign-in is required. If prompted, sign out and sign in again before retrying. Complete any pending purchase restoration before deletion.

Without the game

Email a Deadshift account-deletion request to samuelhajnik@gmail.com from the Google email used for the game. Include “Delete my Deadshift account” in the subject. We will verify account ownership and process your request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or card details.

What is deleted

Your Deadshift sign-in account, cloud progress, purchased credit balance, upgrades and stored receipt records are removed. This permanently ends recovery of those items. Deletion does not refund purchases; Google Play manages refund requests. Minimal one-way fraud-prevention hashes remain. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days and must not be used to reactivate a deleted account.

Local guest progress remains on the device unless you clear Deadshift’s app storage or uninstall it. If you only want your cloud progress removed while keeping purchases, email the same address and state that clearly.
